Your retreat stay takes place at Avonlea Inn, part of Block Island Inns, a collection of charming coastal accommodations located on Block Island, Rhode Island.

Retreat Schedule

Arrive, settle in, and ease into the weekend with a warm welcome and time to connect with the group. The evening will include a guided creative expression experience, a nourishing plant-forward dinner, and relaxed porch talks or fireside conversation.

Begin the day with gentle morning movement, breakfast, and a mindful outdoor experience in nature. The afternoon includes a wellness conversation with Ann, time to rest or explore, and an interactive cooking experience followed by a shared dinner.

Day Three Sunday

Ease into the morning with movement, mindful breathing, and breakfast together. The day includes an inspiring island excursion, free time to rest or explore, creative expression, and a practical session on living plant-forward in everyday life.

Close the retreat with one final morning of gentle movement, reflection, and a nourishing breakfast together. Guests will depart feeling refreshed, inspired, and equipped to carry the rhythms of the weekend into daily life.
