Ann Law, America's Wellness Coach

Meet Ann Law, America’s Wellness Coach

Nurse practitioner, public servant, business leader, mother and life coach Ann Law has spent much of her adult life researching science and nutrition. As a public servant, she has worked to improve public health and policy. As a mother, she has raised a healthy child. As an inn keeper, a host to many different people, she sees how people eat and live. As a life coach, she helps people live better – take charge of their lives, achieve their goals.

With her background, with her commitment and through powerful and emotional real-life experiences – including success and failure – Ann has developed the Law of Wellness, so people can live their optimal life. Her mission is to empower people – especially women – to eat well and stay well, maintain healthy relationships, find purpose, and fulfill lifetime passions.

Mind management

Follow the road to lifetime wellness by following the Law of Wellness.

Following the Law of Wellness will result in lifetime wellness, weight management, and the prevention of major illnesses, including cardiovascular disease, cancer, and diabetes. Newer research is also finding that this plan will prevent Alzheimer’s disease as well as reverse acne and improve depression.

As was evidenced during our recent pandemic, those with underlying health issues were the most vulnerable, especially those with cardiovascular disease.

Law of Wellness

Let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food.

– Hippocrates (490 BC)

While Americans spend the most money on health care in the world, we have the worst health statistics.

50%

of adults in the US today

have high blood pressure.

10%

of adults in the US today

have diabetes.

Cardiovascular illness

High blood pressure and diabetes both contribute to cardiovascular illness and susceptibility to COVID-19 and other viruses.

Health is not about the weight you lose, but about the life you gain.
